START CREATINGSuggested Order Deadlines 2022
In order to help set your customers’ expectations for delivery of their holiday gifts, it’s important to communicate clear & conservative holiday order deadlines. Your customers will use your stated deadlines to determine whether they should expect pre-Christmas delivery before placing their orders. The information below is provided in order to allow you to make informed decisions about what dates to communicate to your customers.
Please see our calendar below for our shipping method recommendations by date, as well as the UPS Ground transit estimates when determining your chosen shipping method for Christmas orders.
To ensure the best chance your domestic orders are delivered in time for the Christmas holiday, we recommend any orders submitted between December 8 December 17 utilize expedited shipping methods.
Orders processed after December 17 may not arrive before Christmas, regardless of your selected shipping method.
Please note that expedited shipping methods will not expedite production of your orders. Orders are expedited in transit only.
The information above is not meant to act as a guarantee that your orders will arrive before December 25.
It is possible that unforeseen order delays (in either production or in transit) may result in orders arriving later than anticipated. As always, we will do everything in our power to ensure your customers receive their orders on time & decorated beautifully.
Weekly Production Averages
Below, you will find a 7-day average of our production times for popular products in addition to an average for the entirety of our production facility.
This information is provided to help you determine your own processing times for the holiday season.
It’s best practice to include additional processing time on your site to accommodate possible QC remakes or production delays — especially if you’re selling on a marketplace like Amazon or Etsy that penalizes late shipment.
Averages from December 13 – December 19

These averages are not meant to represent current lead times.
**Current Lead Times above are based on the orders in production right now & incoming order volume. Current Lead Time means we’re actively producing orders from that many days ago & orders placed today are likely to take that many days to ship.
