  • How does this work?

    By connecting the CustomCat app to your online store, you gain access to hundreds of unique products to which you can apply your own artwork. You can customize the products you choose within the CustomCat app & export them directly to your website for your customers to buy. When orders are placed for these products, the order information is transmitted to us for production & white-label shipping

  • Are there any fees associated with CustomCat?

    There are no subscription fees associated with our app for WooCommerce, Etsy, BigCommerce, CSV, or API Clients. For Shopify users, we offer both free & paid plans. The paid subscription to our Shopify app costs $30 a month — however, we offer a 14 day free trial for all 1st time users. Our free plan, CustomCat Lite, has all of the same great features — however, each item in the catalog will cost you $2 more.

  • Who can use CustomCat?

    Anyone can use the CustomCat app to create unique & high-quality custom goods — whether you’re ordering 1 or 1,000 items. If you have a design in mind, our manual order feature makes it easy for individuals without ecommerce experience to get their feet wet with product creation & customization. We also partner with ecommerce sellers all over the world — you don’t need to be based in a particular location to use CustomCat. We ship to nearly every country in the world.

  • How do I pay for CustomCat fulfillment?

    When an order is placed in your store, we charge your preferred payment method for the base cost of the items in the order plus the cost of shipping the items to your customer.

    We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover. We also accept PayPal & Payoneer. You can add or update your payment method in the “Your Account” section at any time.

  • How can I order a sample?

    Ordering samples is very easy within the CustomCat app. Once you’ve logged into your CustomCat account, you will see a “Place an Order” button in the top right corner of your dashboard. You can build your products & input your own shipping address to have the order shipped to your door.

    If you’d like to order items you’ve already exported to your shop, those orders will need to be placed within the selling platform you’ve selected. If you’re unsure of how to do this, just let us know which hosting platform you’re using (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Etsy, etc.) & we’ll help you through the process.

  • Do you handle returns?

    We are unable to handle the returns process for all of our sellers, so if your items are returned to our production facility, they will be donated. It’s required that you provide a valid return address & a name to list on your shipping labels. If your customers wish to return their items, they will contact you — the store owner. It doesn’t happen often, but if a subpar item slips through our quality control checks & makes it to your customer, simply submit a request & photos within your CustomCat app dashboard. We will send an immediate replacement.

  • What are your replacement & return policies?

    We stand behind the quality of our products & guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge — simply submit a customer service request with a photo of the items in question & one of our representatives will issue an immediate replacement. We typically do not accept returns, refunds or replacements due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

The CustomCat fulfillment team works hard to get 95% of your items out the door within 3 business days so your customers get their products as quickly as possible.
