2021 Holiday Resources: Order Deadline Suggestions & Production Times

To ensure the best chance your domestic orders are delivered in time for the Christmas holiday, we recommend all orders submitted between now & December 17 utilize expedited shipping methods.

Please see our calendar below for our shipping method recommendations by date, as well as the UPS Ground transit estimates when determining your chosen shipping method for Christmas orders.

Orders processed after December 17 are least likely to arrive before Christmas, regardless of your selected shipping method.

Please note that expedited shipping methods will not expedite production of your orders. Orders are expedited in transit only.

It is possible that unforeseen order delays (in either production or in transit) may result in orders arriving later than anticipated. As always, we will do everything in our power to ensure your customers receive their orders on time & decorated beautifully.

Orders shipping Internationally should be placed by November 24 to have the best chance of arriving before December 25.
Orders shipping domestically with Economy Shipping should be placed by December 8 to have the best chance of arriving before December 25.
Orders shipping domestically with Ground Shipping should be placed by December 12 to have the best chance of arriving before December 25.
Orders shipping domestically with 2nd Day Air or Overnight Shipping should be placed by December 17 to have the best chance of arriving before December 25.

In order to help you make the best possible decisions for your own order cut-off dates, we have provided a 7-day average of our production times for popular products in addition to an average for the entirety of our production facility.

• Blankets – Average: 2.6 business days (Current Lead Time, ~2-3 days)
• Face Masks – Average: 2.2 business days (Current Lead Time, ~2-3 days)
• Embroidery – Average: 5.9 business days (Current Lead Time, ~5-6 days)
• Mugs – Average: 2.5 business days (Current Lead Time, ~1-2 days)
• Ornaments – Average: 0.7 business days (Current Lead Time, ~1-2 days)

*Current Lead Times above are based on the work orders in production right now. Current Lead Time means we’re actively producing orders from that many days ago & orders placed today are likely to take that many days to ship.
