START CREATINGSuggested Order Deadlines 2026
In order to help set your customers’ expectations for delivery of their holiday gifts, it’s important to communicate clear & conservative holiday order deadlines. Your customers will use your stated deadlines to determine whether they should expect pre-Christmas delivery before placing their orders. The information below is provided in order to allow you to make informed decisions about what dates to communicate to your customers.
Please see our calendar below for our shipping method recommendations by date, as well as the UPS Ground transit estimates when determining your chosen shipping method for Christmas orders.

To give your domestic orders the best chance of arriving by Christmas, submit them by December 13. Orders submitted December 14–15 may still arrive with UPS Ground. For orders submitted December 16–17, we recommend UPS 2nd Day Air, & for orders submitted December 18–20, we recommend UPS Overnight.
International orders should be processed by November 27.
Orders processed after December 20 may not arrive before Christmas, regardless of your selected shipping method.
Please note that expedited shipping methods will not expedite production of your orders. Orders are expedited in transit only.
The information above is not meant to act as a guarantee that your orders will arrive before December 25.
It is possible that unforeseen order delays (in either production or in transit) may result in orders arriving later than anticipated. As always, we will do everything in our power to ensure your customers receive their orders on time & decorated beautifully.
Weekly Production Averages
Weekly Production Stats: October 12 – October 19
Below, you will find a 7-day average of our production times for popular products in addition to an average for the entirety of our production facility.
It’s best practice to include additional processing time on your site to accommodate possible QC remakes or production delays — especially if you’re selling on a marketplace like Amazon or Etsy that penalizes late shipment.

Averages from October 12 – October 19: Average fulfillment time for all orders: 1.9 Days
Product Notes:
- DIGISOFT® – Average: 2.1 days
- Canvas – Average: 0.6 days
- Posters – Average: 0.5 days
- Blankets – Average: 2.1 days
- Mugs – Average: 1.2 days
- Hat Patches – Average: 1.4 days
- Pillows – Average: 1.0 days
*Production Averages represent historical production data from the 7-day period indicated above. This is not meant to act as an indication of how long a particular order has taken to ship, but rather an average of all orders processed on that day. These averages are not meant to represent current lead times or guarantee a specific production time.
