Tell us about yourself?

My wife (Jennifer) and I both run For Grandparents Only. We are based out of Rockledge, Florida. Currently, my wife works as a dental assistant and I am an insurance agent. We are looking to hopefully grow the e-commerce business enough to where we can operate For Grandparents Only full time. 

Where do you find inspiration?

We started our online business based on passion and love that grandparents have for their families. We wanted to create a unique personalized merchandise that customers would love.  

What was your first experience with CustomCat like?

We think that CustomCat is great. There are a lot of products to choose from, the application is very user-friendly, and the prices are competitive. 

What advice would you give to other sellers?

I think one of the biggest things is to know who your audience is and what they like. We had a couple of other stores before we launched For Grandparents Only that got little to no sales because we didn’t do right things in the beginning. 

How did Print On Demand store impacted your life?

We really enjoy it. It’s been a work-in-progress for us and it’s quite fun when sales come in. We’ve learned quite a bit about marketing and also all of the different apps that can be used to improve our store. 

What’s next?

We don’t really have any big plans at the moment. We will keep adding new products and content when we can and continue to move forward in the right direction to increase our sales. The ultimate goal is to get us closer to having  Grandparents Only as a full-time gig.
