Discontinued Products: September 2021
In order to maximize catalog quality & stock consistency, the products listed here will be discontinued on September 1, 2021. These products have demonstrated limited popularity or stock availability over the past several years.
**Please note: the following products were previously scheduled for discontinuation, but have been added back to the CustomCat catalog by popular request:

Thursday, July 1: These products will be removed from the CustomCat app & will no longer be available for new product pushes. We will continue to fulfill orders for existing listings until August 1.
Sunday, August 1: We will no longer be ordering additional stock of the items on this list. If a variant for a discontinued product enters your error queue, stock will not be replenished. That item will be permanently out of stock & your order will need to be modified to be fulfilled.
Wednesday, September 1: The listed discontinued products will no longer be available for order fulfillment.
Related App Updates
Over the next several weeks, we will be finalizing two updates to the CustomCat app that will allow sellers increased flexibility when products are out of stock or discontinued.
Order Remapping Feature: First, we will be releasing an update that will allow sellers to select any in stock item in our catalog as a substitute for an out of stock item in your Error Queue or Pending Order list (Order Queue). A video tutorial will be prepared for this feature alongside its release.
Product Remapping Feature: Next, we will be releasing an update that will allow sellers to update listings within their stores with new products. For example, if there are existing listings containing an out of stock or discontinued product, you will be able to easily update & republish that listing within your CustomCat Store Dashboard. A video tutorial will be prepared for this feature alongside its release.
We appreciate your understanding & continued support as our merchant partners. While we understand that product discontinuation will affect some sellers, it will also allow us to continue to optimize the overall quality of our catalog to be the best partner to you we can be.
